At Costar Florals, we strive to provide the freshest, most beautiful flowers to our customers. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the flowers have been delivered or collected. However, if your flowers are damaged or of unsatisfactory quality upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Refunds
Refunds will only be processed in cases of damaged or incorrect orders. To qualify for a refund, we require clear photos of the flowers and packaging upon receipt. If we confirm that the flowers were damaged during transit or did not meet the quality standards, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement, at your discretion.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your bouquet subscription at any time before the next scheduled delivery. Please notify us at least 3 days in advance to ensure no further charges are applied. Cancellations made after the cutoff date will apply to the following delivery.
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We are committed to ensuring the right blooms reach you every time.
5. Special Requests
We recommend that special requests or custom orders be placed with as much notice as possible. If there are any issues with fulfilling your request, we will notify you and discuss alternatives.
