Where do I add my card message and deliver date for my order?
Card messages and deliver dates can be typed into the textbox at the bottom of your My Cart page. This is done before you process your order payment. Delivery address is completed during the checkout process.
Can I make a custom order?
Yes, If you give us a call with your special requirements on 027 313 7065 we can take your order over the phone phone. Please contact us 24hrs before delivery time is needed.
Does Costar Florals do Weddings?
We do bridal party bouquets. Call us now to discuss your flowering needs!
Do Costar Florals ship their flowers.
No, not at current.
Will my bouquet be like the picture?
For the most part yes, but due to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
We will leave your flowers in a safe sheltered spot, under cover if we are able to do so.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, for Saturday orders, these must be recieved before 10am. We do not deliver Sunday. If you place your order on Sunday we will fulfill it the following Monday. (please note we are closed public holidays). Please see our delivery page for more information.
How long will my flowers last?
It does vary due to different conditions, if they are kept well watered and out of direct sunlight,/heat pump/air conditioning etc you should expect your flowers to last at least 5 days, we will guarantee this.
